This isn’t just another retreat—it’s a reset. It’s a space for men, to take a breath, drop the weight they’ve been carrying, and get filled up again. Whether you're showing up for rest, real talk, healing, connection with a community of brothers, or want to sharpen your leadership and wellness tools, this is for you.

We’ve got you covered—from emotional health and fatherhood to finances, faith, and fitness. Expect deep conversations, powerful speakers, real connections, and plenty of room to decompress and relax.

You’ll hear powerful stories. You’ll gain tools to grow. You’ll laugh and maybe let some things go. And when it’s time to leave, you’ll walk out feeling lighter, refreshed, recharged, and reminded of who you are—with your crown a little straighter.

🗓️ What’s Going Down

THURSDAY, OCT 2 Kickback and Connect

Kick things off with check-in and registration at 4 p.m., dinner, Thursday Night football, Trivia, games, prizes, and good vibes. Get to know your brothers in a laid-back atmosphere. 

FRIDAY, OCT 3  Healing

Day 1 dives into the real conversations you’ve been wanting to have but not sure how to have. Start your day with breakfast and perhaps a workout session. Our first session focuses on emotional healing, understanding the impact that trauma may have had on your identity, growth, and wellness.  After lunch, we will address Fatherhood and how to heal from Father Wounds. Following that, you’ll have time to enjoy the beach, the amenities in the home, including the indoor pool and entertainment areas, and a friendly game of spades and dominoes. 

SATURDAY, OCT 4  Relationships /  Mastery and Self-Discipline

Day 2 dives into Relationships. Start your day with breakfast, and then we’ll talk about how to build healthy relationships, show up in marriage, and raise a family - even without having role models. After lunch, we then focus on leveling up—personally and financially and how to plan strategically for your future and build generational wealth. You will leave these sessions grounded, focused, and ready to lead with clarity and confidence.

We end the day with a delicious chef-curated meal, more time to relax, connect, and enjoy the amenities of the house.

SUNDAY, OCT 5  We’re closing out the retreat with a full day of relaxation, breakfast, lunch, and we’ll wrap things up with Sunday football and dinner, some final giveaways, and a chance to connect, relax, and enjoy one last day before heading home tomorrow at 10 a.m.
